Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Spread the chopped cooked bacon over the cheese layer.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll up the puff pastry sheet into a log.
- Cut the log into slices, about 1 inch thick.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg to give them a golden brown color when baked.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
