Air fryer bacon wrapped corn on the cob

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or your favorite seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Corn:
    • Remove the husks and silks from the corn.
    • Carefully wrap each ear of corn with two strips of bacon. Make sure to secure the bacon with toothpicks at both ends if needed.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Season the Corn:
    • Brush the bacon-wrapped corn with melted butter. You can also sprinkle some salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you like, such as garlic powder or paprika.
  4. Air Fry the Corn:
    • Place the bacon-wrapped corn in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching each other to allow for even cooking.
    • Air fry at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender. You may want to turn the corn halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Serve:
    • Carefully remove the bacon-wrapped corn from the air fryer using tongs.
    • Let them cool for a few minutes before serving, as they’ll be very hot.
    • Optionally, you can drizzle them with more melted butter before serving for extra flavor.
