AIR FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS
Enjoy crispy, juicy chicken thighs with this quick and easy air fryer recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Air Fry: Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side down. Air fry for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken thighs and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
Serve: Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving
