Air Fryer Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs baby potatoes (or Yukon Gold, halved)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and cut the potatoes in half (or quarters if large). Pat dry.
Season: In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Coat with Parmesan & Breadcrumbs: Add Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, tossing again to coat evenly.
Air Fry: Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
