Air Fryer Ham and Egg Breakfast Cups
Ingredients:
  • Ham Slices: 4-6 (thinly sliced; you can use deli ham or cooked ham)
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Shredded Cheese: 1/2 cup (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite cheese)
  • Green Onions or Chives: 2 tablespoons (chopped, optional)
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Cooking Spray: For greasing the air fryer basket
Instructions:
  • Preheat Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the Ham:Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
    Place the ham slices in the air fryer basket, arranging them in a way that they form a cup shape. You can overlap them slightly if needed, and make sure the edges are slightly raised to hold the egg.
  • Add Cheese and Seasonings:Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese into the bottom of each ham cup.
    If using green onions or chives, sprinkle a bit over the cheese.
  • Add the Eggs:Carefully crack an egg into each ham cup. Be gentle to avoid breaking the yolk.
    Season each egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Cook:Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired level. If you prefer a firmer yolk, you may need to cook for a minute or two longer.
  • Serve:Carefully remove the ham and egg cups from the air fryer. Let them cool for a minute before serving. You can use a spatula to help lift them out if needed.
