Homemade Air Fryer Meatballs in Tomato Sauce Recipe is low fat, and quick and easy to make. Takes less than 15 minutes to air fry 1 dozen meatballs.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. of Ground Beef
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 fat cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of Italian seasoned Breadcrumbs
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- 1½ cup of Marinara Sauce (or any tomato based sauce of choice)

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, an egg and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Using a 2 inch ice-cream scoop, shape the mixture into 15 meatballs.
- Place about 7 or 8 meatballs in the lightly greased or parchment lined air fryer basket, in a single layer. Lightly brush or spray the meatballs with oil.
- Air fry at 390 F for 8 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining meatballs.
- While the meatballs are cooking, heat up the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Toss the air-fryed meatballs in the warm marinara.
- Serve hot with a side of your favorite bread or over cooked spaghetti, or steamed rice, or zoodles (for a low carb option).
