- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preheat the air fryer to 390 F.

In a small bowl, mix the mayo, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Make the breading: in a shallow dish combine the Panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Brush the chicken breasts on both sides with the mayo mixture.
