- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembling:
- Egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onions to the cooked beef and sauté until they become translucent.
- Remove the skillet from heat, and add the diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls:
- Lay an egg roll wrapper in front of you in a diamond shape with one corner facing you.
- Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Roll the Egg Rolls:
- Fold the bottom corner up over the filling.
- Fold in the sides, and then roll the wrapper up tightly, sealing the top corner with a dab of water.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Air Fry the Egg Rolls:
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Remove the air-fried cheeseburger egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute.
- Serve with additional ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces.
