Bacon Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Pickles, sliced (optional)
  • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Cook Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Assemble Wraps:
    • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly among the tortillas.
  3. Add Bacon and Cheese:
    • Place two slices of cooked bacon on each tortilla, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and bacon.
  4. Top with Lettuce and Tomatoes:
    • Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  5. Optional Toppings:
    • If desired, add sliced pickles for an extra burst of flavor.
  6. Drizzle with Condiments:
    • Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the toppings to taste.
  7. Fold and Secure:
    • Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling and then fold the bottom and top to create a wrap. You can secure it with toothpicks if needed.
  8. Serve:
    • Place the wraps seam-side down on a serving plate and serve immediately.
