Ingredients:

1 to 1.5 lbs flank or sirloin steak
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional garnish: chopped parsley

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Steak: Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4–8 hours for maximum flavor.

Rest and Serve: Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain, garnish with parsley, and serve.
