Big Mac Burger Bowl! 4 Point Lunch That Is So Yummy

Ingredients:

For the Burger Bowl:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean or higher)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat.
  2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the light mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
  3. In serving bowls or plates, assemble the burger bowls. Start with a base of shredded lettuce.
  4. Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes, dill pickles, chopped onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Drizzle the special sauce over the top.
  7. Optionally, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top to mimic the sesame seed bun flavor.
