Ingredients:

  • 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Wash and slice the cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, and onion. Mince the garlic and ginger, if using.
  2. Heat the Oil:
    • In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the sliced onion and sauté for about 2 minutes until it starts to soften.
  3. Add Garlic and Ginger:
    • Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
