- 1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Cabbage:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully peel off about 10-12 outer cabbage leaves, being mindful not to tear them.
- Place the cabbage leaves in the boiling water and blanch for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove and drain on a paper towel, then set aside to cool.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cauliflower rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble the Cabbage Rolls:
- Place one cabbage leaf on a flat surface. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling mixture to the center of the leaf.
- Fold in the sides of the cabbage leaf, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
- Prepare the Tomato Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional dried herbs. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Bake the Cabbage Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the cabbage rolls in the dish, seam-side down. Pour the remaining sauce over the cabbage rolls, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve:
- Carefully remove the cabbage rolls from the baking dish and serve hot, spooning extra sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
