Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
    • Cut the beef into uniform 1-1.5 inch cubes if not pre-cut. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove moisture for better searing.

  5. Serve:
    • Remove the kabobs from the grill, oven, or skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with any leftover melted fat for extra richness.
