Carnivore Ravioli

✨ Recipe Ingredients
1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup ground Italian Sausage (cooked and browned)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder (omit fort strict carnivore)
2 tablespoons Parmesan (grated)
3/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning ( (omit fort strict carnivore)

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the mozzarella cheese slices in half and place them on the lined baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake for 5-6 minutes until melted.

Step 4

While they bake, mix the ricotta, the cooked ground sausage, and the garlic & Italian seasoning.

Step 5

Remove the cheese from the oven and let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Place scoops of the ricotta mixture on each of the melted cheese slices and fold them in half. Enjoy!

1. Cooking the Italian Sausage
When browning the Italian sausage for the filling, take the time to cook it thoroughly and break it into small, even pieces.

This ensures that the filling has a consistent texture and that there are no large chunks of meat that might tear the cheese wrapper. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to break up the sausage as it cooks.
