Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for drizzling
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Cook Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Assemble Wraps:
    • Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Place a slice of American cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Add Cooked Beef and Toppings:
    • Spoon the cooked ground beef over the cheese, leaving some space around the edges. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced pickles, and crushed tortilla chips on top of the beef.
  4. Drizzle Condiments:
    • Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the toppings to taste.
  5. Fold and Seal:
    • Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, and then fold the bottom and top to create a square wrap. Press down to seal the edges.
  6. Cook on a Pan or Griddle:
    • Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat the surface with cooking spray or a small amount of butter. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Serve:
    • Remove from the pan and let them cool for a moment. Slice each wrap in half and serve.
