Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for drizzling
- Cooking spray or a small amount of butter for cooking
Instructions:
- Cook Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble Wraps:
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Place a slice of American cheese in the center of each tortilla.
- Add Cooked Beef and Toppings:
- Spoon the cooked ground beef over the cheese, leaving some space around the edges. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced pickles, and crushed tortilla chips on top of the beef.
- Drizzle Condiments:
- Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the toppings to taste.
- Fold and Seal:
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, and then fold the bottom and top to create a square wrap. Press down to seal the edges.
- Cook on a Pan or Griddle:
- Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat the surface with cooking spray or a small amount of butter. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve:
- Remove from the pan and let them cool for a moment. Slice each wrap in half and serve.
