INGREDIENTS:
Low-carb almond flour dough or Fathead dough
1 cup fresh spinach
4 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
1 egg
INSTRUCTION:
We can chop the spinach with the knife.
Saute the spinach in the pan with little oil till the spinach is just gets wiled for around 3 to 4 minutes.
Take a bowl and add the garlic powder, parmesan cheese, pepper, cream cheese, salt, and onion powder.
Mix all the components with the whisk.
