1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme

3 cups vegetable broth
1 glass of water
2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cups chopped kale or spinach
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
