Instant Pot lentil soup

Ingredients

Put this in the Instant Pot:
500 g lentils
2 carrots (about 2 c)
1 big celery stalk with leaves (about 2c)
1 onion (about 1-1/2c)
2-400g cans diced tomatoes
2 tbs garlic paste
Veg bouillon x2
2 Tbs each dried Basil and oregano
2 bay leaves
2-1/2 tsp salt
50 grinds of black pepper
Enough water to cover slightly
Pressure cook for 15 min, and do a rapid release.
