  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (optional, for a firmer texture)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, eggs, sour cream (or yogurt), parsley, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
    • If the mixture feels too wet, add almond flour for better texture.
  2. Form the Patties

    • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small patties (about ½ inch thick).
  3. Cook the Patties

    • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
