Instructions
1️⃣ Boil a large pot of water and blanch the cabbage leaves for 1-2 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté onion & garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, Parmesan cheese, egg, and sautéed onion/garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
4️⃣ Place 2 tbsp of the mixture in each cabbage leaf, roll tightly, and tuck in the edges.
5️⃣ Pour ½ cup of tomato sauce into a greased baking dish. Place cabbage rolls seam-side down.
6️⃣ Pour the remaining sauce over the rolls and cover with foil.
7️⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
