Ingredients
For the Cake:
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Instructions
Prepare the Cake:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a bundt or loaf pan thoroughly.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sweetener until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
