- 2 tbsp taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Guacamole Layer:
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef Layer: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and a little salt and pepper if desired. Stir well to coat the meat in seasoning, then let it cool slightly.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Make the Guacamole Layer: In another bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Adjust lime and salt to taste.
- Assemble the Dip:
- In a 9×9-inch (or similar size) dish, layer the seasoned ground beef evenly at the bottom.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the beef.
- Spread the guacamole over the cream cheese layer.
- Add shredded lettuce on top, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions over the cheese layer.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the dip and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve with keto-friendly chips, pork rinds, or sliced vegetables like bell peppers and cucumbers.
