Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C). -
Cook the Broccoli:
Place a saucepan of water over high heat and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook until al dente. Drain well and add them to a large mixing bowl with the shredded chicken. -
Make the Sauce:
In a small saucepan, add cream cheese, heavy cream, almond milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place over low heat and whisk until the sauce is smooth. -
Combine:
Pour the warm sauce over the broccoli and chicken mixture, add chopped basil, and mix well. -
Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with the shredded cheddar cheese. -
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese has browned. -
