Ingredients:
2 cans of keto-friendly cream of chicken soup
2 cans of chicken broth (15 oz each)
1 stick of unsalted butter or margarine
1 lb chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
1 package of keto-friendly egg noodles (24 oz) (see notes for recommendations)
Instructions:
In your crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
Pour the keto-friendly cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
Add the stick of unsalted butter on top of the soup and broth.
Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 6-7 hours.
Once the cooking time is up, remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Add the keto-friendly egg noodles to the crockpot. Stir well.
Continue to cook for an additional 2 hours on low heat, stirring every 30 minutes until the noodles are tender.
