Keto Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
