Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Keto Chocolate Sticks! These are perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings without kicking you out of ketosis.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or a pinch of sea salt for topping

Instructions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil:
    • In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil (or butter) over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
  2. Mix the chocolate:
    • To the melted coconut oil, whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder until fully combined and smooth.
    • Add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and the sweetener is dissolved.
  3. Form the chocolate sticks:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use silicone molds (if you prefer).
    • Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mold to form long, stick-like shapes, or simply spoon the chocolate mixture into thin strips on the parchment paper.
    • If desired, sprinkle the tops with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or a pinch of sea salt for added flavor and texture.
  4. Chill:
    • Place the tray or mold in the refrigerator or freezer to set the chocolate. It will take about 30 minutes in the fridge or 10-15 minutes in the freezer for the chocolate to harden.
  5. Serve:
    • Once the chocolate sticks are firm, remove them from the molds or break them into stick shapes.
    • Store the chocolate sticks in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them solid.

These Keto Chocolate Sticks are perfect for a quick sweet treat, and they’re completely customizable with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
