KETO CHOCOLATE STICKS

KETO CHOCOLATE STICKS

Here’s a simple recipe for Keto Chocolate Sticks that’s both delicious and low-carb:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter for a creamier texture)
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Coconut Oil: In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil (or butter) over low heat until it becomes liquid.
  2. Mix the Cocoa Powder: Add the unsweetened cocoa powder to the melted coconut oil and stir until it becomes a smooth mixture.
  3. Add Sweetener and Vanilla: Add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt (if using). Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of almond milk or coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour and Set: Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mold or a parchment-lined tray. If you’re using a tray, spread it evenly to create a flat layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Chill: Place the mold or tray in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
  7. Cut Into Sticks: Once fully set, remove the chocolate from the mold or tray. If you used a tray, cut it into thin sticks or bars.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your keto chocolate sticks as a satisfying, low-carb treat!

You can also add some crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or even a little sea salt on top for extra flavor if you like.
