Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: sweetener of choice, to taste
- Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites and yolks. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and optional sweetener until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the beaten egg whites until well combined.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, forming fritter-sized portions.
- Fry the fritters on both sides until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
