1/2 cup almond flour
2 large eggs

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
2 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Coating

  • In one bowl, whisk eggs.
  • In another bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne (if using).
