This Keto Crack Slaw is a delicious, low-carb stir-fry that’s loaded with flavor and has all the savory goodness of an egg roll—without the carbs! It’s perfect for meal prep, easy to make, and satisfies your cravings for something crunchy and savory.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey (choose turkey for a lighter option)
  • 2 bags coleslaw mix (pre-shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • Optional: 1 packet of Splenda or keto-friendly sweetener

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Ground Meat

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and set the meat aside.

Step 2: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
