Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

1 cup almond flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, eggs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×5-inch loaf pan, and use a spatula to smooth out the top.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
