Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated erythritol
2 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and salt.
Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and erythritol until creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
