KETO PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips (or Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate Chips)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

  • Parchment Paper

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Loaf Pan:
      • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring that there is some overhang on the sides. This will make it easier to remove the fudge later.
    2. Melt the Chocolate and Peanut Butter:
      • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free white chocolate chips (or milk chocolate chips) and the peanut butter.
      • Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval. Continue this process until the chocolate chips and peanut butter are completely melted and well combined. Be careful not to overcook; it should take about 1 minute and 15 seconds, but the exact time may vary depending on your microwave.

  1. Transfer to Loaf Pan:
    • Pour the melted mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top and make it even.
  2. Chill the Fudge:
    • Place the loaf pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for about 2 hours or until the fudge is fully set.
  3. Slice and Serve:
    • Once the fudge is set and firm, remove it from the loaf pan using the parchment paper overhang.
