Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare Mushrooms

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Clean portobello mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel.
  • Remove stems and scoop out the gills to create space for the filling.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef
