  1. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a colander. Sprinkle some salt over the grated zucchinis and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes. This will help draw out excess moisture.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchinis, almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the zucchini mixture. Mix everything together until well combined.
