- Prepare the Dressing
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. - Assemble the Salad
Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the layered salad. Smooth it out with a spatula to cover all the layers. - Add the Final Toppings
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the dressing layer. - Chill
