Lobster roll

Ingredients
Two cans hearts of palm (drained and rinsed)
1/2 shallot
Stalk of celery
Teaspoon of old Bay seasoning
Teaspoon of chives (I didn’t have fresh)
Fresh dill (eye balled)
“Mayo” (about 1/2 a cup)
Lemon zest (eye balled)
Fresh lemon juice (about a teaspoon)
Garlic powder (teaspoon but I think 1/2 is enough)
Just a little pepper…don’t think it needed it.
Fresh parsley (just cause)
Toasted buns. On the split top on each side! I’ll add a close up… This is important
