-1 Keto Vanilla Cake mix
-10oz Sugar Free Caramel Syrup (I used smuckers)
-1 Container Zero Sugar Cool Whip
-1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
-1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
-2 Jars Of Sugar Free Apple Pie Filling
-1 Tsp Nutmeg
-1 Tsp Cinnamon
-1 Tsp Ginger
-3 TBSP Butter
-1/2 Cup Water
-3 Eggs
-Bake the cake according to the directions on the box-May need to bake a total of 35-40 min until a golden brown on top-

Allow the cake to cool- In a separate bowl take warm sugar-free caramel syrup (heat in microwave in 10 second increments until warm) pour into a bowl add heavy whipping cream whip until it’s a smooth and Caramel Texture!
Poke holes all over the top of the cake- pour caramel over the top of cake allow it to settle into the holes. Put in frigid for 30 min allow Caramel to settle) take zero sugar Cool Whip spread it over the top of the cake. Then sprinkle chopped pecans On top and Allow the cake to sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving!
