Instructions:
For the Dough:
- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture. Mix until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
For the Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
Assembling the Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle (about 16×21 inches).
- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
- Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the dish with a damp cloth and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

- In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
