  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Mug:
    • Grease a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, almond flour, Erythritol, vanilla extract, egg, baking powder (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer to Mug:
    • Pour the mixture into the greased mug.
  4. Microwave:
    • Microwave the mug on high for about 1 minute. The cake should rise and set.
  5. Cool and Enjoy:
