- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (light or reduced-fat)

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Fries:
- In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Bake the Fries:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray during the last 10 minutes of baking for extra crispiness.
- Prepare the Garlic Aioli:
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
- Serve:
- Remove the baked fries from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the seasoned fries with the garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
