- 8 oz smoked salmon, sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

- Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top.
