Strawberry bombs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs or crushed vanilla wafers for coating
- Icing sugar for garnishing
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Take a strawberry and use a small paring knife to make a small vertical cut from the pointed end towards the stem end, without cutting all the way through. Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
- Gently spread open each strawberry and stuff it with the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or a piping bag.
- Once all the strawberries are stuffed, roll each one in graham cracker crumbs or crushed vanilla wafers, coating the cream cheese filling.
- Place the coated strawberries on a platter or serving dish.
- Sprinkle icing sugar .
- Chill the Strawberry Bombs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
