Ingredients
2 cups of wild rice (measured dry)
2 cups of Tvp (measured dry)
Mushroom
Onions
Carrots
Beans (optional)
Tomato paste
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Nutritional yeast
Vegetable broth
After cooking rice and Tvp mixture separately, I mixed both together in a bowl stuffed the peppers and baked covered for about 30 minutes.
