Three Ingredient No bake chocolate peanut butter balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • Optional: Chocolate chips for coating

Instructions:

  1. Mix Peanut Butter and Honey:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and honey. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add Rolled Oats:
    • Gradually add rolled oats to the peanut butter and honey mixture. Mix until the oats are fully incorporated and the mixture has a thick consistency.
  3. Form Balls:
    • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined tray.
  4. Optional Chocolate Coating:
    • If desired, melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper.
  5. Chill:
    • Place the tray of peanut butter balls in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
