Ingredients:
2 large containers of beef broth
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
2-3 lbs ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
Chopped onions and peppers
Garlic
Small head of cabbage
Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper
Brown ground beef, peppers, and onions, add beef broth and crushed Tomatoes, garlic and seasonings. Bring to a boil, turn down and add chopped cabbage. Cook until cabbage is tender.
