Ingredients:
1 package Beyond Beef crumbles
1 large broccoli head, cut into florets
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Rice, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and water until well combined.
In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add the Beyond Beef crumbles to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Add the broccoli to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve with rice, if desired. Enjoy!
