Ingredients:

  • 6 medium-sized tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Instructions:
