Vegan Caesar Salad

About 10 leaves of lettuce
1 slice of toasted bread
3 soy steaks
cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
For dressing:
3 teaspoons of vegan mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of spicy ketchup
1 tablespoon of orange juice
Follow the instructions on the package to make soy steaks, then chop them into cubes. Mix salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and soy sauce and roll the steaks in the marinade. Put oil in a pan to heat and fry the steaks.
Wash the lettuce, chop into strips and place in a bowl. Add chopped toast bread and steaks to a salad bowl.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small cup and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and sprinkle with seeds.
